Exit 13

Exit 13 is a tale of arrested developement among a group of childhood friends in Brooklyn in the winter of 1996 who are dealing with tribal loyalty, police brutality and mafia oppression. With a soundtrack featuring Johnny Thunders, Ian Brown, and Kermit the Frog, Exit 13 is written, produced, and directed by Frank Terranova.
