Sandy Bainum returns to the Metropolitan Room with her new show, Ever Blondeward. It's a musical homage to a bevy of blondes including Betty Hutton, Judy Holliday, Rosemary Clooney, Doris Day, June Allyson, Barbara Cook, and the blonde that all gentlemen preferred, Miss Marilyn Monroe. The show is directed by cabaret icon Andrea Marcovicci. Joining Sandy onstage will be musical director Lanny Meyers, bass player Jay Leonhart, and guitarist Jack Cavari.
There is a $24 cover and $25 menu minimum. And for all real blondes, enter "I'maBlonde" when you buy tix on the Metropolitan Room website and get $5 off the cover charge.
