About This Show

The Andy Ross Experience and The New York International Fringe Festival present the New York premiere of Comedeus, a hyper-active, one-man performance extravaganza, written and performed by Andy Ross. The show is sure to dazzle audiences and leave no question that comedy has evolved.

In the ancient world of creation on the edge of time, Comedeus, god of laughter, is exiled to the underworld by his nemesis, Trutheus, god of realism. If the entertainment of humanity is to be spared, Comedeus must find the courage to leap from the mountain of faith and challenge Trutheus to the greatest battle ever to grace the stage. What will become of the new world? The fate of laughter rests on the man in black.
