Baptism by Fire

Michael Imperioli of the critically acclaimed HBO series The Sopranos directs his first play Baptism by Fire, at his new theater space in Chelsea, entitled Studio Dante.

Starring his Soprano’s co-star Vince Curatola (Johnny Sack) who portrays the male lead, the story is about a family secret coming to life when a troubled playwright/ director (Nick Sandow, Third Watch NBC) turns to his ex-con father (Curatola) for guidance, only to find his new age ideologies and dark past confronted in this blue collar drama on manhood.
