Based on true events, Jordan Seavey’s 6969 tells the story of two teenaged boys living in a world of adolescent loneliness and adult alienation who attempt to connect in cyberspace, become entangled in a dense web of lies, and soon meet in real life — with deadly results. Highly theatrical, dark, often funny, and sometimes shocking, the play illuminates and elaborates on the mysterious true events of 2003 which lead to the stabbing of a 14 year old boy.
