The Little Orchestra Society, in association with BAM, presents an enchanting new production of your favorite Prokofiev masterpiece. Written in 1936, this classic work depicts the characters musically by portraying each of them with a particular instrument of the orchestra and musical theme. Our version is set in an LOS-inspired winter wonderland and includes repertoire from other great Russian composers, including Stravinsky, Shostakovich and Kabalevsky.
