Happy Anniversary

Step Lively Productions presents Happy Anniversary, a new play written and directed by Lou Reda. The play provides an honest and irreverent look at the struggles of holding a gay relationship together in San Francisco. Chris, a struggling writer, is stumbling towards the big five-year anniversary mark with his solid and responsible lover, Mike. With this milestone, Chris must face reality and end his ambivalence about long-term relationships. But life takes a strange twist when Mike has a momentary lapse that awakens his own insecurities. Confronted with the possible loss of Mike, Chris gains a new understanding of himself and of what his partner means to him.
Pre-Show Singles’ Mixers will be held Saturdays, June 24 and July 1, and Sundays, June 25 and July 2, beginning at 6pm.
