Adaptated by Krymov himself from the 1940 Russian novella by Nobel laureate Ivan Bunin, In Paris is the tale of two Russian immigrants–he, a former general of the White Army; she, a beautiful woman, by many years his junior–who meet by chance in Paris in 1930.
