Erin Cross Sings Nancy Lamott: Inspirations

Nancy LaMott was not only a legendary cabaret artist but also a heroine and crusader. Music kept her alive with her best singing prior to her untimely death. She had so much to give that she couldn’t leave this earth with anything left over.

This was the moment when Ms. Cross discovered Ms. LaMott; her passing served as Ms. Cross’s awakening. Inspired by Ms. LaMott’s music, singing, and the core of the incredible woman she was during her life, Cross will continue to carry the torch.

Inspirations will feature music of Ms.LaMott’s later performances as well as the artists she collaborated with to quite possibly give the best music of her life right before end of her life.

She will be partnered by musical director, Kenneth Gartman, and return with Matthew Carlozzi on drums and director, Donald Garverick.
