World-class concert pianist Garin Bader premieres Musical Magic!, a combination of some of the greatest classical pieces ever written for piano along with phenomenal magical illusions. The program features works by Chopin, as well as many of Bader’s original compositions. Musical Magic! is an inaugural benefit for Be the Magic, a fundraising campaign for the CCSN Performing Arts Center. Proceeds from the event go to Friends of the Horn, a fund used to enhance productions at the Center and bring in special guest artists.
Garin’s musical training began shortly after his second birthday, and by age six he was a one-boy band playing seven instruments, tap dancing and singing. His brilliant interpretation of the music of the world’s most renowned composers has won him many accolades and scores of awards, including the Gold Medal for the International Chopin Competition of New York and the Artists’ International Young Musicians Competition.
