Charley is Deputy Mayor of New York City. Today is Charley and Myra’s 10th anniversary and they are expecting several of their closest friends to celebrate the occasion. When the first guests arrive they find that Myra is gone, the servants are missing, there is food out but nothing’s cooked and Charlie shot himself in the ear.
