Hence These Tears

Hence These Tears, written and directed by Vincent C. Morreale, is the story of John Alessandro, a young man estranged from his family, who returns home for his mother’s funeral. Over the course of a single weekend, he is confronted with relationships he’s worked hard to distance himself from. Lost amidst family politics and grief, he finds comfort in the arrival of his girlfriend, Alisson. But when suddenly faced with losing Alisson as well, John must decide between the walls he built to shield himself, and the woman trying to tear them down. Hence These Tears is a story of love, grief and the sometimes comical family dysfunction that speaks to us all.
