Dykapolooza

Dykapolooza is a one and a half woman show written and performed by Jeanie Antolini and music by Ruth Wyand. The play is a part of Women’s Week and is a humorous exploration of sexuality. Do we choose or are we chosen? Destiny or pre-disposition? Antolini is a first time playwright who is from the shores of Southern New Jersey. Antolini opened the play in The Red Room at the Society Hill Playhouse in Philadelphia in October 2004. It has played to a near sell out crowd in Asbury Park, New Jersey at the BlackBox Theater. The play was recently chosen to be performed at the Midtown International Theater Festival this summer in New York City.
