About This Show

The fate of twin brothers and the city they love is played out against an ever-changing landscape of power and politics in Water and Power, the story of a hard-working Chicano father who teaches his sons, nicknamed Water and Power, the importance of family. There is no power without water, and no water without power. However on one dangerous night, in a run-down hotel room on Sunset Blvd., the now-grown men’s differing careers may come crashing down in ruins. In Water and Power, Culture Clash captures the pulse of a city in constant evolution, a city in which no amount of sunlight can illuminate the shadows, where urgent questions are asked about who really runs the streets of L.A. — The police? The politicians? Or is L.A. run by a band of unofficial power brokers who answer to no one?
