The Men from the Boys

The Men from the Boys is Mart Crowley’s long-awaited, eagerly anticipated sequel to his landmark play The Boys In The Band. It’s 30 years later and the “boys” are back! Once again they gather at Michael’s apartment, this time for a more somber occasion. The boys are older and wiser now, but every bit as sharp-tongued, hilarious and outrageous as ever. There are three new faces in the crowd, younger and hunkier. As the evening unfolds, both the older and younger men confront their similarities and differences, as they deal with issues of loss, alcoholism, aging, sexual liaisons… and the importance of friendship and love.
