About This Show

Closing their 22nd season, Pacific Symphony Santiago Strings (PSSS) romances the audience with a mixed program of Joplin’s "Solace, a Mexican Serenade," Toselli’s "Rimipianto," Mozart’s beloved "Eine Kleine Nacht Musik" and Tchaikovsky’s Serenade in C Major. Tickets to this performance are general admission without reserved seating.

PSSS was founded by Lonnie Bosserman and Margie Chan in 1991, and was known as the Santiago Strings Youth Orchestra before joining the Pacific Symphony family in 2007. PSSS is now led by Irene Kroesen, a respected veteran teacher of the Irvine Unified School District, and benefits from the artistic guidance of Pacific Symphony Music Director, Carl St.Clair.
