My Old Lady

Mathias Gold, an American writer down on his luck, thinks he’s found a new lease on life. He has inherited a large, luxurious Paris apartment overlooking the Jardin Luxembourg that he desperately wants to sell. But there are unexpected encumbrances — the very French, very determined 94-year old Mathilde and her equally intractable daughter. They seem to have moved in for life.
