About This Show

An American Christmas is an interactive feast and celebration set one hundred years ago. At 6:30 each evening, the “Marshall Family,” played by 30 versatile performers, throw open the doors of the Hotel del Coronado’s Grand Ballroom to welcome their guests to a sumptuous Christmas dinner party. Set at tables of eight, guests quickly get to know their neighbors, as well as their hosts. With a family featuring the four Marshall brothers, their wives and children, friends like Carlos Pico from Mexico City, relatives like Grandpa Auerbach from Germany, cousin Seamus from Ireland, rope-twirling brother Pete Marshall just off tour from Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, and the irresponsible Aunt Agatha (to name just a few), the production becomes not just a glimpse back in time, but a celebration of the Southwest’s unique heritage.

The all-inclusive ticket includes champagne toast, parking, tax, and gratuity. Seating is at round tables of eight. The attire is festive, with jackets suggested for men.

There is no performance Christmas Day.
