Thomas/Ortiz Dance will host a Fairfield County Contemporary Dance Festival featuring each Dance Company's unique styles of contemporary dance.

About Thomas/Ortiz Dance: They meld his urban athleticism with her Latin sensuality, while combining their choreographic and musical sensibilities, to introduce a fresh and emotionally engaging new vision to contemporary dance. The company was founded by Ted Thomas and Frances Ortiz in 2001 with a mission to share the art of dance across the country with dancers of culturally diverse backgrounds to performs a repertoire which explores a multitude of thought-provoking and socially-relevant themes.

The Summer Theatre of  New Canaa is honored to Co-Host this event.

Tickets: 

VIP – Front seating with chairs provided

General – Open field seating, bring your own chair or lawn blanket

Ticket Notes: All tickets are for open field seating. VIP ticket section includes chair with ticket. General section please bring your own lawn chair or blankets, chairs are not provided. Picnics and tailgating welcome. National, State and Local Covid-19 health protocols will be observed.  Rain Date Tuesday July 19.
