New York City
The Buntport uses some old favorites (The Capitalist Girl Scout Stacy Petrovsky and local singer/songwriter/percussionist Janice Haversham to name a couple) along with some brand spanking new sketch comedy. Your job? To watch and laugh. Your job if you are a really good spirited Buntport fan? To get pledges, then watch and laugh. Ask your friends, family and co-workers to give you money for every minute of excruciating comedy that you manage to watch. It’s a pledge drive like no other. So get your pledge sheets at the theater (or soon available online), start begging for money to support local theater and then show up for an evening of fun. You’re likely to walk away with a prize or two. Keep Buntport in business and be a part of The Great American Audience Challenge of 2007.
