The Declaration

The Declaration is a comedy about our Nation’s beginnings. Re-enacting the scene from Trumbull’s famous painting, The Declaration asks what caused the patriots to make such a “dire” decision to be free. Andrew McMasters, the show’s director explains, “The Declaration’s goal is to highlight, in a humorous fashion, the events that led our forefathers to break away from the British Empire.”
