Off-Broadway hit Striking 12 returns to the Independence Foundation Black Box at the Prince (where it premiered in 2003), directed by Richard M. Parison, Jr., who delivered the Prince mega-hits Dreamgirls and HAIR. With book, music and lyrics by Valerie Vigoda, Brendan Milburn and Rachel Sheinkin, Striking 12 tells the story of a grouchy and cynical guy who needs to be cured of Seasonal Affective Disorder. His rescuer is a beautiful light-bulb carrying princess who helps bring about a happy resolution.
