Lone Star Grace

On New Years’ Day in a diner just off Texas Highway 59, a unique cast of hilarious yet troubled characters first meet, led by the irrepressible Barbie Ann, a charismatic big-haired lingerie saleswoman who has never bothered to grow up and is desperate to start her life over. She first meets Persephone, the sweet, lonely proprietor of the diner. Then she meets Kenneth, a young man on his own quest of self-discovery. Finally, she reconnects with her nouveau-respectable sister Annette, who is determined to force Barbie Ann to face up to her responsibilities. Lone Star Grace is a new play by Suzanne Bradbeer
