Visceral Dance Center Fall Engagement

Visceral Dance Chicago returns to the Athenaeum Theatre with two world premieres: “Madre” (2021) by Los Angeles-based choreographer Mike Tyus, and “From Then On” from returning Spanish choreographer Monica Cervantes with live accompaniment by Emily Barrett.

The evening will also include three works by Founder/Artistic Director Nick Pupillo – “Avow”, a Chicago premiere showcasing the entire company; the emotionally captivating duet “Ash in the Rainbow” and returning audience favorite “Synapse” with original composition by Darryl Hoffman.
