Important SBT COVID-19 GUIDELINES
Valid Proof of VACCINATION will be REQUIRED at the door including:
– COVID vaccination card
– Photocopy of vaccination card
– Digital record (Phone Photo) of vaccination card or
– Printed record from your vaccine provider
Masks must be worn
