Lot’s Wife

Local Infinities Visual Theater draws new inspiration from the ancient story of Lot’s Wife, exploring themes of grief and loss through the elemental material of sodium chloride. A man, finding his wife transformed into a pillar of salt, struggles against debilitating depression in an unsavory world…while resisting the urge to salt his popcorn. This is a comical take on the struggle between excess, lack and moderation.
