Godspell

The east-end theatre company presents its latest musical production, Godspell. Based on The Gospel According to St. Matthew, it features a sparkling score by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Michael Tebelak. Kim Mytelka directs.

Godspell brings to life the parables of Jesus Christ using various theatrical traditions including clowning, pantomime, charades, acrobatics and vaudeville tied together with a string of well-loved songs, led by the international hit “Day by Day.”
