Acclaimed stand-up comics Wendy Liebman, Eddie Brill and Dwayne Kennedy, all noted for TV talk show appearances that include the Late Show with David Letterman, will headline a special event. Described as the "self-deprecating queen of the one-line afterthought" (Houston Chronicle), Wendy Liebman is well-known on the talk-show and stand-up circuit for her smart, easygoing wit, engaging stage presence and trademark flair for the time-release punch line. In addition to the Late Show with David Letterman, Liebman's TV appearances include The Tonight Show (Johnny Carson and Jay Leno), The Late Late Show (Craig Kilborn and Craig Ferguson), HBO's The Larry Sanders Show and comedy specials, and Comedy Central's award-winning animated series Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist. Internationally renowned stand-up comedian (and South Florida native) Eddie Brill has taped more than 100 television shows in six different countries and is a three-time winner of the MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs) Award for Best Male Stand-up Comic. The "audience warm-up" and comedy talent coordinator for the Late Show with David Letterman, Brill serves as the consulting editor and humor consultant for Reader's Digest. He also started the successful Paper Moon Comedy Club in New York City and founded the Emerson Comedy Workshop, along with fellow comic Denis Leary and others, at his alma mater, Emerson College in Boston. Touted as one of today's most insightful comedians, Dwayne Kennedy has a comedic style that incorporates razor-sharp wit, biting satire and astute social consciousness. A Jury Award-winner for Best Stand-Up at the 2002 U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, Kennedy has performed his act in comedy clubs nationwide. His television appearances include the Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Seinfeld, Martin and his own comedy special for Showtime. Among Kennedy's many film credits are How High, Desperation Boulevard, Amy Stiller's Breast, and Talkin' Dirty After Dark.
