About This Show

Two Broadway Stars – Tony Nominee Lee Roy Reams and talented newcomer Brad Anderson lead a cast of talented performers and local celebrities.

It’s a Fabulous Life, written by David Sexton, is a take off on the Christmas classic It’s a Wonderful Life. The lead character, Joe, is having a very rough holiday season, writing and starring in “The Lavender Players” production of Randolph the Rainbow Reindeer. Family tensions and backstage backstabbing cause him to wish he had never been born GAY! An angel comes and shows him how things would be different if he had been straight! Along the way he encounters buff boys (WARNING! BRIEF ESKIMO NUDITY!) drag queens, unusual elves, even a heavenly Gospel Choir, and he starts to look at being gay in a whole new way.
