Shakespeare meets ?The Sopranos? in Romeo and Bernadette co-produced with Paper Mill Playhouse of New Jersey. It?s a delightful comic confection as Romeo is reborn from an Elizabethan stupor and stumbles upon his true love, Juliet. Her real name, however is Bernadette and she?s the beloved daughter of a Brooklyn mob boss. From Renaissance Italy to Little Italy, feuding family members will take you on a most entertaining ride as Romeo pursues his Bernadette. And if you want us to tell you how it all ends…? Opening night on Friday, January 10 begins at 7:30pm. There are no matinees on Wednesday, January 8 or Saturday, January 18. There are added performances on Sunday, January 12 at 7:00pm and Thursday, January 16 at 2:00pm. The evening performance on Tuesday, January 21 is replaced by a 2:00pm matinee.
