Set in present-day Amsterdam, Eliam Kraiem’s Sixteen Wounded is the compelling tale of the unlikely friendship between an aging Jewish baker and the young Palestinian he takes on as his apprentice. In a time where reports of Mid-East violence are commonplace and casualties are often reduced to numbers, emerging artist Eliam Kraiem?s play paints a vivid, compassionate, and deeply moving portrait of human faces.
There are additional matinees on Wednesdays February 26 and March 5 at 2pm.
