The Psychic: An Extreme Playwright’s Adventure

A group of daring writers took on the challenge of writing a 10 minute scene based solely on an emailed set description with a 36 hour deadline. Another daring group of directors and actors will take on the challenge of putting their scene together in little more than 24 hours. The hitch to all this is The Psychic herself. The writers had to include her in the scene but could not write dialog for her, as she is improvisational. The directors and actors have to learn their lines not knowing exactly what she says or does. The real fun is in that the writers do not know that Orlando actor Brian Alexander is playing Madame Sabine Matisse in drag. The Psychic: An Extreme Playwright’s Adventure is an adventure for everyone who attends.
