About This Show

The favorite rags-to-riches fairy tale, Cinderella will renew your belief in “happily ever after.” BalletMet’s version comes complete with the stepmother and stepsisters, mice, and yes, that dress and those glass slippers provided by none other than Cinderella’s own fairy godmother. Cinderella will captivate audiences with the beauty, romance and comedy of this timeless classic.

Cinderella is set to the music of Alexander Glazunov, the Russian composer famous for his ballets and symphonies of the Romantic Period, including the ballets The Seasons and Raymonda. This arrangement for BalletMet’s Cinderella was created by BalletMet Musical Director Mikhail Popov.
