Eclipse Theatre Company opens its 2005 Lanford Wilson season by presenting The Rimers of Eldritch, a drama that takes a look at the fabric of Bible Belt America where hypocrisy and viciousness masquerade as morality. Set in a small midwestern town, it follows several townspeople as their simple and quiet worlds are disturbed by a mysterious murder and the sexual assault of a teenage girl. Eclipse ensemble member Steven Fedoruk directs.
Free post-show discussions with the cast and dramaturg will be held after Sunday matinee performances on April 10, 17, 24, as well as May 1and 8.
