About This Show

In The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, first humans Adam and Steve (and their lesbian friends Jane and Mabel) discover the pleasures and perils of this earth in The Garden of Eden. This play takes a journey that spans 2000 years, from the ancient world to modern New York, and includes an ark, a rambunctious Pharaoh, and a wheelchair-bound Rabbi who has a cable access show. The characters brave an amazingly humorous journey that ends in a flurry of ceremony and celebration. This Chicago premiere is directed by Jeremy Wechsler.
