About This Show
A lively celebration of staged theatrical works, music, and fine art, Sketchbook 6 is a short play festival like no other. Featuring 16 world premiere short plays – all under seven minutes – from over 700 global submissions, a curated selection of visual art, and a unique collection of live musicians. The annual showcase by Collaboraction features a rotating schedule of plays each night; the final performance includes all 16 vignettes, plus a party. Tickets for the final performance on August 27 are $40.00; the show begins at 3:00 PM.
The August 17 performance features a pre-show reception with the cast, crew and playwrights, beginning at 6:00 PM.
The August 19 “Sketchbook Stripped” performance features pre-and-post show appetizer and cocktail receptions with additional live music, art and live and silent auctions. Proceeds benefit Collaboraction.
In addition to the regular schedule, one Monday night performance is scheduled for August 21.
