About This Show

The National Tour of Sing-A-Long Wizard of Oz, an exciting theatrical experience combining audience participation with a beautifully restored version of the most beloved motion picture of all time, returns to the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, The Oriental Theatre in Chicago.

The show is back by popular demand after a smash-hit National Tour that has included stops at The Gershwin Theatre in New York, The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, and The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

This show is a unique, fun-filled theatrical event, complete with a master of ceremonies to introduce the film and run the proceedings, a Perform-A-Long Fun Pack (bubbles, noise maker, magic wand and kazoo), and a costume parade and contest. The Oscar-winning film is enhanced with on-screen icons and subtitles for all of the movie’s songs and key scenes allowing the audience to become an integral part of the magical, musical experience.
