Manhattan Concert Productions: Jubilate Deo

Manhattan Concert Productions presents the Chicago premiere of American composer Dan Forrest’s newest work, Jubilate Deo. The piece is performed by a chorus, professional soloists, and a lush orchestra. Warren Cook conducts.

The concert also features Leonard Bernstein’s Guitar Concerto and a riveting selection of choral works, including “Sicut Locutus Est” from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Magnificat, American composer David Dickau’s “I Carry Your Heart With Me,” Daniel Elder’s “Lullaby” from Three Nocturnes, and more. These works are performed by the esteemed National Festival Chorus, led by guest conductor Scott Buchanan.
