About this show

La Vie Ennui (The Boring Life) is a spoof of French cabaret and a humorous homage to Edith Piaf, the most famous French cabaret singer of the 20th century. The show is set in 1950 Paris at a dirty, dingy cabaret where the owner will only let his showgirls sing the songs of their arch-rival Edith Piaf. When the owner is "detained" for questioning by the police, the girls seize their chance to perform their own repertoire. Opening night on Sunday, May 19 has a 7:00pm curtain, with no 2:30pm matinee.
