Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago’s Fall Engagement

The critically acclaimed Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago presents its fall engagement at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance on Friday, Oct. 21 and Saturday Oct. 22 at 8 p.m. This engagement is part of GJDC’s 2011-2012 “Seize the Dance” season. It will feature the premiere full-company work from renowned choreographer Kiesha Lalama. Also featured: popular selections from GJDC’s critically acclaimed repertoire including Del Dominguez’s spectacular Latin ballroom dance work “Sabroso” hailed by the Chicago Tribune as “[a] sizzling concoction…fast-paced, invigorating…The mood is pure joy, the energy unstoppable.”
