About This Show
A Ritual of Faith is based on the true story of Edgardo Mortara, a six-year-old Jewish Italian boy taken away from his biological parents by the Catholic Church in 1858 and raised by Pope Pius IX. The play is written by Brad Levinson and directed by Jose Zayas.
