ComedySportz features hilarious all-ages friendly improv-comedy and has been a Chicago favorite for 25 years. Tonight’s performance is a special “double-feature” tribute to Mike Enriquez, an improv teacher and performer at Chicago’s leading comedy clubs for over 12 years who passed away from Lymphoma in January 2012. At 8:00, the regular ComedySportz show will be performed with Mike’s former iO “Revolver” teammates as a visiting team facing the ComedySportz Chicago Downtown Bossses. A bonus show will follow at 10 p.m., featuring some of Mike’s former colleagues and students. For this night and all other ComedySportz shows through 9/22, ComedySportz is Giving Back $5 off every full-price individual ticket to the Lymphoma Research Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to eradicate lymphoma and serve those touched by this disease.
