In celebration of their 20th Anniversary, Toronto’s Theatre Columbus revisits a landmark production from their celebrated history of clowning innovation. Domestic bliss always seems just out of reach for Ernest and Ernestine as they begin their life together. As repressed anger grows, the veneer of their perfectly ordered and happy world begins to crack with results that range from humorous to heartbreaking.
