Theatre Columbus turns Henrik Ibsen?s epic poetic drama on its head with a new take on Peer Gynt. In Gynty, the sweeping expanse of Peer?s story is zoomed down to a suspended and intimate world: five actors in a recording studio have been hired to perform Peer Gynt, with its 50 characters and fantastical locations, as a radio drama.
