The Last 5 Years

The Last 5 Years, by Jason Robert Brown, follows Jamie, an aspiring author, who, over the course of five years, meets, marries, and eventually divorces Cathy, a struggling actress. Jamie’s version of the relationship is told in chronological order, but Cathy gives the tale her own spin by telling the story backwards.
