In the same spirit, The Hybrid Project: What Do You Want To Do? has taken this definition of hybridization and applied it to the field of culture and expression to create a stronger, broader, and more diverse articulation of issues facing all of us. The program is designed to break down the barrier between artists and audience – creating a space that is as much about questions, the dialogue and the process as it is about the product – as much about what happens on stage as what happens between the performers and the audience.
