The Ohmies!

This story follows Penny Butterfly’s predawn journey to surprise the sun. Along the way she and her butterfly friends encounter characters that help them learn essential life lessons–from taking time to smell the flowers to leaving The Worries behind. Each character represents a basic Yoga pose, like butterfly or downward facing dog. The Ohmies! is comprised of original music in various world styles, including African Percussion, Latin Salsa, Hip-Hop, Jamaican, and Traditional American Music with an Eastern Indian flair.
