The Mousetrap

Get on your snowshoes and your sleuth hat as Agatha Christie’s masterpiece of the mystery genre The Mousetrap comes to the Long Beach Playhouse Mainstage. A group of strangers in a boarding house are stranded during a snowstorm and, naturally, one is a murderer! The usual collection of Christie characters, including a newly wed couple, an architect, an Army Major, a spinster, and a strange little man whose car has overturned in a snowdrift are all suspects as Sergeant Trotter, armed only with his skis and a probing intellect challenges us to solve the mystery as bodies pile up.
