Quantum Theatre Company presents the simultaneous Spanglish translation of William Shakespeare’s Romeo and (y) Juliet(a). This play walks the tightrope of passion, teetering on the destructive forces of love and hate. Shakespeare’s story juxtaposes Structure vs. Chaos. Romeo and Juliet cause the dissembly of societal rules. One kiss and their world unravels in a passionate explosion of love, sex and death. Tanya Kane-Parry directs this passionate tale of two star-crossed lovers.
