Power Play

International City Theatre presents Power Play, a new musical about energy by Richard Hellesen (book) and Michael Silversher (music and lyrics). The show teaches kids a musical lesson about energy conservation, an important global issue, and one that particularly concerns Southern California today. Taking a page from Lewis Carroll, Hellesen and Silversher send the main character on a fantastical journey through the world of electricity, where Albert Einstein becomes his scientific ?White Rabbit.? It?s a lively, colorful, and fun-filled musical for children of all ages, but will especially appeal to those ages 5 through 12.
